A new year’s path

A New Year, a New Start. Many of us think that way, but isn’t every day also a new start? Along with every week, every month… (every moment?). It can be helpful to start every day with long-term goals/dreams in mind and remind ourselves, “Today I will move a little closer to them.” Even if it’s a lazy day, maybe we needed that to have energy for long-term projects.

That mindset works personally, and for business owners and their businesses. Are you aware of how what you accomplish every day is moving you toward your Vision for your business? Do you have a clear path? If you are clear about what that Vision is, the best way to get there is to break projects down into shorter goals – smaller steps in other words.

December is the perfect time to look ahead to the New Year. What would your theme for the new year be? What do you want to accomplish next year that will move you towards your longer-term goals? Then break it down to quarterly, monthly and weekly goals by looking at priorities, including budget. Now you have a clear path to start down with each new day - step by step, with your team who will also learn to think this way with your leadership/mentorship.

I would love to hear your ‘Theme for the New Year’. Feel free to post it on my Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/newlifebusinesscoaching.

If what you read and see on this website speaks to you, we need to be working together. Your first Session is free.
