“Help! I’m working all the time! I’m overwhelmed and don’t have time for the things I love – riding horses and skiing especially. I love my business but I’m afraid that if I stop all that I’m doing, my business will fall apart. I feel caught with no off ramp in sight! I need help!”

This was a conversation I had with a former client who owned a successful massage school in Colorado. So, we set to work building the solid foundation her business needed, along with developing her leadership skills. That helped her see there actually could be an off ramp. Step by step she learned how to mentor and delegate to her staff in a way that assured they would do what she asked, in the way she wanted it done, and with joy. She wrote down her goals and dreams in a complete Vision, so everyone knew where they were going and why they were there. She learned the importance of systems - how to document and innovate current ones, as well as develop what was missing. She learned what separated her from her competition, so her marketing efforts started reaching the best students. And she moved past her fear of monitoring financial reports.
