The light at the end of the tunnel

When she first started her Coaching Journey with me, Ruby, The CEO of Tuning Element, stated right up front “I want to be able to be free of running the company in 5 years so I can focus on my other passions.” At first it was hard for her to see how this would happen, but she never abandoned her dream. Then we found each other and as a result of regular coaching sessions, we came up with a step-by-step plan focusing together on the steps and how to schedule her time to make sure they got done. She can now see the path to reach that freedom and it’s not far away! Coaching has allowed her to run her business from a higher level enjoying overseeing the company’s growth and future growth plans, and now her recent college graduate daughter has started training to take over as CEO.

So often being overwhelmed is bad enough, but not being able to see the light at the end of the tunnel is even more challenging. Ruby sees that light much more clearly now and her whole life just got brighter. This is my passion and why I love coaching my clients!
